Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations, would recomand it. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a downtown area, really close to shops, central Chicago, Millennium Park and Michigan Avenue. Loved a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a sitting area in the room. Central location was a plus.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Sublime hotel, fairly clean, attentive staff and the beds were very comfy. The property was in the central setting in the center of downtown. Plus there was a lake, within 15 minutes walk or so. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and tasteful, loved its service.

Had a good stay at this hotel, everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, I loved that it offered lots of meals. This property was set in a central area short walk to Navy Pier and restaurants. Chicago Loop district wo n't disappoint you.

Reasonably priced, spectacular location, fair staff. Room was non-smoking and compact, had brand new furniture. The American breakfast was tasty and I loved it. Friendly check in and late check out.

Truly enjoyed this hotel, had very positive experience. Neat room, large bathroom, very knowledgeable staff. Gorgeous view, a little balcony, relaxing bed, too. Had free soft drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening. Location was lovely, close to parks and a river.

You will be about a 5-minute drive from ohio street beach. Great nearby places include Big Bar, we usually had drinks there. The view out of the windows was amazing. The staff was friendly and we definitely coming here again.
