Cozy base for traveling to Chicago and exploring local places. 12 miles from the airport.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations, would recomand it. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a downtown area, really close to shops, central Chicago, Millennium Park and Michigan Avenue. Loved a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a sitting area in the room. Central location was a plus.

Had pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff were helpful, location was fantastic and near shops & cafes. Central heating, a personal safe and pay television inside the queen room were handy.

It's right place for visiting some must see attractions in Chicago.

Sublime hotel, fairly clean, attentive staff and the beds were very comfy. The property was in the central setting in the center of downtown. Plus there was a lake, within 15 minutes walk or so. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and tasteful, loved its service.

Our stay here was really lovely, perfect base for exploring Chicago. The food was awesome - lots of options. The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from an Oak street.

The staff were courteous and best, were waiting for us in the nice lobby. Overall such great stay at this hotel.

Had a good stay at this hotel, everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, I loved that it offered lots of meals. This property was set in a central area short walk to Navy Pier and restaurants. Chicago Loop district wo n't disappoint you.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was tasteful. The room was incredible with exceptionally comfortable beds. We loved our stay.

Pretty much what I expected: delightful hotel, reasonably priced. Good service, air-conditioned rooms, delicious breakfast. The view from my room was fantastic! Staff were eager to help, polite people. Breathtaking location not very far from a public park.

It was a great experience. The staff was beautiful, the breakfast was incredible, everything was great. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walk from Naf Naf Grill, offering food to go.

It was fairly clean and the staff were brilliantly helpful, beds were comfortable. All food at the buffet breakfast was good:)))

Reasonably priced, spectacular location, fair staff. Room was non-smoking and compact, had brand new furniture. The American breakfast was tasty and I loved it. Friendly check in and late check out.

every detail was outstanding, particularly location and staff, overall i loved this hotel. the bedroom was big and the bed was very extremely comfy. the property was in a tourist area. gorgeous reception.

Iconic, tidy place and very accessible area. The bedrooms were twin. The property was located about 20 minutes walk from the city center. Furthermore, it was 500 feet from downtown chicago.

It is undoubtedly a so professional option when you are in Chicago. Stunning interior, well laid out rooms. Starbucks in the lobby, convenient.

Flexible staff, fresh food and very very good breakfast. A nice beach, decent view. Climate control, hairdryer and dresser in the room and the cozy bed.

The hotel was funny, we liked RESPONSIVE staff. Panoramic city view from the room and efficient breakfast. Venue with really cool rooms and in a safe area. Stores and a pharmacy near the hotel. In the restaurant they served vegetarian cuisine dishes.

Good value, good for shopping. Positive staff, different food, easy location. Service was impeccable in the nice central hotel...

Truly enjoyed this hotel, had very positive experience. Neat room, large bathroom, very knowledgeable staff. Gorgeous view, a little balcony, relaxing bed, too. Had free soft drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening. Location was lovely, close to parks and a river.

Good value, great comfortable location and extremely friendly staff. The food was superb, with plenty of options. Rooms were great and fashioned. Personalised service too. Moreover, we parked onsite.

You will be about a 5-minute drive from ohio street beach. Great nearby places include Big Bar, we usually had drinks there. The view out of the windows was amazing. The staff was friendly and we definitely coming here again.

All in all a nice experience. Good restaurants right by the venue...
